Thirty Days on the Calendar
The clock starts on the delivery date and runs for 30 calendar days. Any request inside that span comes back to us at no cost to you.
Returning-Ready Items
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- In original packaging with tags and all accessories;
- Paired with your order number or another proof of purchase.
Items That Stay
- Gift cards;
- Goods sold as "Final Sale" or "Clearance";
- Custom-made or personalized products;
- Items damaged through misuse after arrival.
The Path Back
- Send the first word. Email with your order number and the return reason.
- Receive the nod. Within 24-48 hours we confirm eligibility and reply with prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Pack and hand off. Secure the item and give it to the carrier.
- The refund is already moving. It starts at the carrier's first scan — warehouse arrival has no bearing on your money.
Patience Before Postage
Ship nothing until we have replied. Parcels sent unarranged cannot be matched to an order and may lose their refund.

Need another size or color? Order fresh and return the original — quickest — or request a direct exchange, arranged free once your return is approved.
When Delivery Misses
Damaged, defective, or simply wrong? Photo plus order number within 7 days of delivery, then your pick: free replacement or full refund. Most of the time nothing travels back.
Stopping It Early
Cancel before the carrier collects for a complete refund. Once it ships, the 30-day return above takes over.
