Before Dispatch
Payment cleared, we take 2-3 business days to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. Weekend and U.S. holiday orders roll to the next business day, and a dispatch email confirms the departure.
The Wait in Transit
Delivery normally takes 20-45 days from dispatch, moving with destination and carrier pace. Orders across the United States and the United Kingdom usually arrive inside that span. If seasonal crowding tugs it longer, we will tell you.
Charges, Cleared Up
Over $30, Free
- $30.00 or more: shipping costs you nothing;
- Under $30.00: a flat fee, shown at checkout before you commit.
Taxes and Duties: Handled
Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties are strangers to kexvunari customers — we carry them all. The checkout figure is the final one, to the last cent.
Where Parcels Go
The United States and the United Kingdom, for now. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are outside our reach.
Following the Trail
The tracking number is born at the carrier's first scan. Email with your order number, and we will send the number, the carrier's link, and updates on any schedule you like.
Still or Lost Parcels
No movement, or the carrier calls it lost? Write to — verification done, we reship at no cost or refund in full. A lost parcel never turns into lost money here.
One Look at the Address
Please read your delivery address carefully before paying. Parcels aimed at a mistyped address sit outside our responsibility; should one return, we reship the moment you confirm the correct details.
Why Two Boxes May Come
Larger orders sometimes split into several parcels across different days, always free of extra charge. Every box carries its own tracking number — ask and it is yours.
